Airless Dispensers

Our airless bottles are a modern, high quality and fine packaging alternative for cosmetics. The term „airless“ means „without air“ and expresses the functionality of the dispenser. This intelligent product is formed by 3 essential parts: container, piston and head. The filling is accommodated in the container and sealed between the head and the piston, creating a vacuum environment. And every time the head is pumped, pressure is created under piston and the filling is pulled towards the head and consequently expelled thru the nozzle, that all without any air entering inside the container.

Especially for bio products it is a great investment, since this vacuum system protects the bottle content against harmful agents present in the air, such as germs, bacteria, fungus spores, and as well against oxidation. That allows the product to be made naturally with less preservatives, without losing its properties rapidly.

Models with the designation ”SC” (self-closing) have additionally a protection for the product residue kept inside of the head compartment. You pump, the product comes out and then the nozzle is closed again, zero air contact also inside the head.

Another important advantage from the Airless Dispensers is regarding residues: they almost don’t exist!
